Organization

CommonsLab follows a P2P non hierarchical structure between its team members. Tasks in CommonsLab are run in Projects. Each project has at least a coordinator, whose role is to motivate and coordinate other people involved in that project. Other roles in the Lab may include PR, Community manager and are clearly described and allocated within the team.

Decisions will be taken on consensus based on facts. For non trivial decisions the reasoning and outcome will be documented. Desicions are taken according to the following priorities:
