We try to have various step-down DC-DC adapters available at the CommonsLab. These are modules, which take a higher DC voltage and convert them to a lower DC voltage.
5A / 30V constant-current / constant-voltage
This version acts both as an adjustable constant voltage supply but has also an adjustable current limit.
- Input voltage
- 5V-32V
- Output voltage
- 0.8V-30V
- Output current
- max. 5A (Beware of overheating!)
- Conversion efficiency
- < 95%
- Switching frequency
- 300KHz
- Output ripple
- < 50mV (max)
- Current accuracy
- ± 0.5%
- Voltage accuracy
- ± 2.5%
- Operating Temperature
- -40°C to +85°C
- Size
- 51mm x 26mm x 14mm (L x W x H)
1.5A / 17V constant-voltage
This version acts both as an adjustable constant voltage supply but has also an adjustable current limit.
- Input voltage
- 4.75V-23V
- Output voltage
- 1V-17V
- Output current
- max. 1.5A (Beware of overheating! / 0.5s peak: 3A)
- Conversion efficiency
- < 95%
- Switching frequency
- 340KHz
- Output ripple
- >> 30mV (min, no load)
- Voltage accuracy
- ± 2.5%
- Size
- 17mm x 11mm x 3.8mm (L x W x H)
